OVERVIEW
USA Supernet strives to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. Some of our services are provided with the cooperation of third party suppliers. These vendors, organizations, associations and regulatory agencies limit our ability to offer a universal across-the-board refund policy for all services. The refund policies that follow are listed by the type of service.
INTERNET HOSTING
If you are not completely satisfied with our Web hosting services for any reason, and you notify USA Supernet by sending an email to accounts@usasupernet.com within the first 30 days from when service initially began that you wish to cancel, you will be given a full refund of the service amount, excluding setup fees (if any). After 30 days, our standard cancellation policy applies.
DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION
No refunds are offered for Domain Names, even if the Domain Name is misspelled. It is your responsibility to spell the domain correctly when registering a Domain Name through USA Supernet.
INTERNET ACCESS SERVICES
Dial-up and DSL Internet services are not eligible for a refund unless the service is canceled prior to the start of any portion of the service setup. If you qualify for a refund, you will be notified by email and you will be refunded 100% of your payment. Otherwise, our standard cancellation policy applies.
ALL OTHER SERVICES
Our standard cancellation policy applies.
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
If an email requesting a service cancellation is sent to accounts@usasupernet.com at least 10 days prior to the end of the service billing cycle, the service will expire at the end of the billing cycle. If the service is canceled with less than 10 days before the end of the billing cycle, the service will expire at the end of the next billing cycle.
PAYMENT OF REFUNDS
If you are entitled to a refund, payment will be made to you in the following manner:
- Payment received by Credit Card or Debit Card will be refunded to the same card.
- Payment received by check or money order will be refunded by Company check.
Your refund can take up to thirty (30) days.
MODIFICATION OF THIS POLICY
USA Supernet reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of this Policy at any time, without notice.
