Information supplied by you that must be retained to provide service is stored in 128 bit encrypted files in protected areas of our servers.

Except as required by subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes, USA Supernet will share your information only with trusted business affiliates with whom we have restrictive privacy agreements and who are directly engaged in providing the service to you. For example, domain subscriber information is transferred to WHOIS (domain registration information) and to TrustWave (SSL certificate provider) when you purchase these services.
LENGTH OF RETENTION
Your information is stored with us until your account is closed. After that, all personal information is removed from our records. After your account is closed, if you wish to re-establish your account with us, you will be asked to submit the required personal information as though your previous account had never existed. Our business affiliates may retain records for longer periods to: a.) provide warranty protection for the life of the product (such as SSL certificates), or b.) comply with Federal, State and Local laws (such as telephone companies who help us provide Internet service).
MODIFICATION OF THIS POLICY
This privacy policy may be amended as required by law, in the event that USA Supernet is sold to or merged with another company, or to provide you with more privacy rights. If changes are made to this policy, notice will be prominently posted on the home page of usasupernet.com no less than thirty (30) days before the changes become effective. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your account prior to the effective date and your account will be closed and your personal data will be removed from our records.
